We really appreciate scaleffect taking the time to put together and share a video from this year’s Wine Country Model Expo.
What especially stood out to us was his reaction to the exhibition-style format and the way it shaped the experience during the day:
“I found it much more enjoyable and conducive to meeting people and talking about their work… I talked a lot more.”
That is exactly what we were hoping to create.
From the beginning, the goal of the Expo was not simply to put models on tables and evaluate them. It was to create a setting where people would slow down, engage with each other, and spend more time talking about the work, the ideas behind it, and the hobby we all share.
We were glad to hear that reflected so clearly in scaleffect’s own experience.
